Cancellation & Refund Policy (रद्दकरण व धनवापसी नीति)

At Nayadu Cardiac Care Foundation & Indian Neurotherapy Association, we strive to ensure a fair and transparent enrollment process for all students and therapists. This Cancellation and Refund Policy outlines the terms under which course fees, registration fees, and donations may be cancelled or refunded.

1. Admission Cancellation & Refund Eligibility

• Cancellation Before Batch Start (7 Days Window): If a student requests admission cancellation at least 7 days prior to the official batch commencement date, 80% of the tuition fee paid will be refunded after deducting administrative processing charges (20%).
• Cancellation After Batch Start: No refund requests will be entertained once the academic batch has officially commenced or study materials/online access credentials have been dispatched.
• Prospectus & Application Form Fee: Application form fees and printed prospectus fees (e.g. ₹100 - ₹500) are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances.

2. Duplicate or Failed Transactions

• In case of a duplicate payment caused by network latency or technical errors where fee amount is debited twice, the extra amount will be refunded in full (100%) upon verification.
• If an amount is debited from the user's account but the transaction status shows "Failed" or "Pending" on the portal, the bank will automatically reconcile and credit the funds back to your account within standard banking cycles (2-4 days).

3. Refund Processing Procedure

To request a valid refund, the student/applicant must follow this standard procedure:

1. Send an email to refunds@nayadufoundation.org with the subject line "Refund Request - [Application No. / Transaction ID]".
2. Attach the payment receipt PDF / Razorpay Payment ID screenshot and copy of Government Photo ID (Aadhaar / PAN).
3. The Accounts Desk will verify the claim within 48 business hours.
4. Once approved, the refund will be initiated via Razorpay to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.

4. Non-Refundable Items

The following items/payments are non-refundable:

• Printed Books & Dispatched Physical Study Kits once delivered.
• Certificate Verification & Re-issuance fees.
• Voluntary Philanthropic Donations for Free Rural Health Camps.
