Timelines and delivery methods for digital course credentials, prospectus, and study material.
Nayadu Cardiac Care Foundation & Indian Neurotherapy Association provides both digital educational services (online course portal access, digital PDF ID cards, verifiable e-certificates) and physical educational materials (printed prospectuses, neurotherapy formula charts, practical handbooks).
1. Digital Delivery & Access Timelines
- Online Admission & Student Credentials: Upon successful payment confirmation via Razorpay, your digital Student Account credentials and Enrollment Confirmation will be delivered instantly or within 24 to 48 hours via Email and SMS.
- Digital ID Cards & Verification Credentials: Digital Student ID Cards can be downloaded immediately from the Student Portal dashboard upon admission approval.
- Digital Certificates & Transcripts: E-Certificates and digital verification links are generated and delivered online within 3 to 5 business days after course completion.
2. Physical Material Shipping & Dispatch Timelines
- Printed Study Books & Practical Kits: Physical study materials, printed handbooks, and clinical kits are dispatched via registered Speed Post (India Post) or reputed private courier services within 3 to 5 working days of fee confirmation.
- Estimated Delivery Duration: Depending on the recipient's geographic location in India:
- Metro Cities & State Capitals: 3 to 5 business days.
- Tier-2 & Rural Districts: 5 to 9 business days.
3. Shipping Charges & Courier Tracking
- Standard shipping charges (if applicable) are explicitly stated on the course enrollment checkout page prior to payment.
- Once your physical consignment is dispatched, a tracking Consignment Number (AWB / India Post Tracking No.) will be sent to your registered mobile number and email ID.
4. Damaged or Non-Delivery Issues
In case of non-receipt of physical materials within 10 days of dispatch, or if the package is delivered in a damaged condition, please notify our Logistics Desk within 48 hours:
