Welcome to Nayadu Cardiac Care Foundation & Indian Neurotherapy Association. By accessing our portal, filling out student admission forms, enrolling in diploma programs, or initiating payments via Razorpay, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions:

1. Institutional Overview & Scope

Nayadu Foundation is a non-profit educational and healthcare initiative dedicated to promoting Lajpatrai Mehra's Neurotherapy (LMNT), drug-free health awareness, practitioner certification, and community OPD camps. The contents provided on this website are for academic, clinical training, and informational purposes.

2. Online Admission & Eligibility

• Applicants enrolling for the Diploma in Neurotherapy (LMNT) must fulfill the minimum academic eligibility criteria (Class 10th / 12th Pass from a recognized Indian Education Board).
• All details furnished in the online/offline admission form must be accurate and authentic. Submission of false documents will result in cancellation of enrollment without refund.
• Enrollment is subject to verification of marksheets and identity proof by the Academic Verification Desk.

3. Online Fee Payment & Authorization

• Online transactions for prospectus, registration, tuition fees, or membership fees are processed via Razorpay Payment Gateway.
• By completing a payment, you confirm that you are the authorized holder of the payment instrument (Credit Card, Debit Card, Netbanking, UPI, Wallet) used for the transaction.
• All fee transactions are processed in Indian Rupees (INR ₹). Any applicable bank/gateway transaction charges will be transparently displayed during checkout.

4. Student Code of Conduct & Intellectual Property

• All course materials, video lectures, neurotherapy formula charts, prospectuses, and research papers published by Nayadu Foundation are protected under Indian Copyright and Intellectual Property Laws.
• Unauthorized copying, redistribution, commercial sale, or uploading of training materials to third-party portals is strictly prohibited.
• Students must maintain discipline during clinical OPD workshops and practical training sessions.

5. Limitation of Liability

Nayadu Foundation shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from website downtime, bank server failures, or user errors during payment processing. In the event of a failed transaction where money is deducted, the amount will be refunded automatically by the bank/Razorpay within standard banking timelines.

6. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal dispute or claim arising out of these terms or website transactions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts at Muzaffarpur, Bihar (India).
